Garnish Cymru opened as a brand new venture in February 2012 operating on the Treforest Industrial Estate, South Wales. The business is run by a small and qualified team of Catering and Management staff. Not only do we have a wonderful team of staff who always ensure that only the best quality food is served, we also work by our company’s motto ‘its all in the detail’.
Garnish Cymru has created a bespoke and modern kitchen to produce excellent quality food for anything from sandwich platters to executive or Welsh buffets. We also have a small shop frontage where we sell home-made, fresh baguettes, sandwiches and salads all with a signature twist. These will be changed frequently throughout the year by way of popularity, specials and suggestions by our loyal customers. We have an extensive range of hot beverages including fresh coffee made from beans hand roasted in Italy to a traditional recipe to ensure a smooth and luxurious flavour.
For the health conscious, we have a state-of-the-art salad cart for customers to create their own salad bowls (definitely a case of picking all your favourite bits!). Also available are fresh fruit pots made onsite daily for a healthy dessert.
For those with a sweet tooth we will have a variety of confectionery including cookies fresh out of the cookie jar, large muffins, crisps and cold drinks. Whatever tickles your fancy we should have something for you!
